“Just wanted to tell you how grateful and thankful I am/was to have you as my builder again. Hard to believe this was the third time around. We met in 1997 and never if anyone would have told me you were going to build three houses for me would I have believed them. Seems like a lifetime ago at moments. Seventeen years ago when I was a mere teenager! Unbelievable. We moved in on Halloween of 1997 into that ranch in Loganville. Amazing the paths our lives take. The third time around has been as great as the first experience building with you. You are very diverse in your skills and one of the most qualified I’ve ever dealt with. Part of what makes you great is your hands on work you still provide to the home owner, making so many parts a piece of you. Your craftsmanship is a talent most may net even see anymore. I was thankful to have your input and experience every step of the way. (and of course Cheryl’s as well) This is a great house and I receive so many compliments and half of my friends haven’t even seen it yet. I know there is much to be finished yet and I can’t wait for the spring when everything comes alive and this place takes on a whole new look! As you know I recommend you to everyone in the community for building or remodeling needs. I hope you continue to be a blessing to those building in the future. I would like to say this is my last house, but I have no idea where the road leads, I can attempt to plan but I believe God has the final say.
